I got into triathlons as a way to lose weight and meet people - but after completing my first event I got addicted. I've completed many races (3 x 70.3, 2 x Ironman), am a Level 1 triathlon coach and am studying Cert IV in Fitness to help me with my triathlon understanding!
The knowledge that my competitors are out there, doing the same thing - if I don't get out there and do it I'll be one set down on them!
